WHEN YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR PIERCINGS

lobe & upper lobe

The lobe is the lower soft part of the ear. It is the most common piercing.

Depending on the size of the ear and the separation between them, up to 4 piercings can fit.

Healing time: 6 weeks.

Snug

It is the part of the ear that follows the upper lobe and that already touches cartilage. These piercings are usually on the edge so 5mm inner earrings are used to make them fit.

Healing time: 4-6 months.

shell

The conch piercing is nestled in the middle part of the inner ear. It would be the part equivalent to where the midi ear cuffs are placed. Its name is due to the shell shape.

Healing time: 6-12 months.

Hélix

We located it in the upper outer part of the carilage. It is one of the most common piercings and can be placed at different heights. If you are wearing more than one in a row, take into account the drop of the hoops or the size of the front part of the earring so that they do not overlap.

Healing time: 6-12 months.

Flat

This piercing is located on the flat part of the cartilage. The size of the area must be taken into account when choosing the earring. Especially if you have other piercings nearby.

Healing time: 6-12 months.

Rook

This is the piercing that is placed on the inside of the ear fold closest to the head (above the daith).

Healing time: 6-12 months.

counterhelix

Right in front of the helix. In this area you can also carry more than one. You must take into account the size of the fold both to wear earrings and piercings with ball closure.

Healing time: 6-12 months.

Daith

It crosses the innermost fold of the cartilage. The type of slope that best fits in this area is a hoop.

Healing time: 9-12 months.

Tragus

It is the little piece of cartilage that is in front of the ear canal. It is also one of the most common piercings. When choosing an earring for this area, it is important that you see where it enters and where it comes out. Depending on the entrance / exit you can wear a more or less large earring.

Healing time: 6-12 months.

Antitragus

It is the piercing that is above the lobe and in front of the tragus. We recommend wearing piercings with a ball closure.

Healing time: 9-12 months.
